The die-cutting section is built around a robust upper die-holder and lower anvil system, both driven by independent motors and fully synchronized with the line speed. A direct-control anvil speed compensation system enables faster and easier flap rotation adjustments, while the pneumatic automatic die-locking system ensures quick setup and reliable operation. Integrated touchscreen controls provide automatic module management and fast fault diagnostics, improving both efficiency and operator control.
📦 Advanced folding and gluing precision
The folding and gluing module is designed to ensure perfect box geometry and high-quality finishing at every speed. The first section uses bar folding, while the second section incorporates assisted folding with two independent "Multi-Contact" synchronous belts, each with its own motorization. Two automatically adjustable folding arms, combined with vacuum transport belts and independent drives, guarantee accurate squaring and stable box handling. The electronic gluing system can be quickly adjusted from the machine's central control unit, allowing glue application on either internal or external flaps with maximum flexibility.
📚 Smart stacking for perfect delivery
The stacking section features servo-controlled upper pile management using synchronous and asynchronous motors with dedicated absolute encoders for highly accurate positioning. Longitudinal squaring is achieved through a beater and motorized stop with automatic positioning according to sheet height, while lateral squaring is performed by an automatically positioned side bar. The touchscreen control system enables automatic module control and fault diagnostics, ensuring a reliable and streamlined end-of-line process.
