The Lead Edge Feeder of this system is equipped with a vacuum-assisted mechanism, complemented by an air filtering system and automatic vacuum regulation. This ensures efficient and precise paper feeding.The system boasts automatic control features for both front and back stops, as well as side guides and board caliper, contributing to seamless and accurate operation. The front stops are guided over a meticulously crafted mechanic-welded monoblock structure, providing exceptional rigidity for optimal performance. Additionally, the Skip Feed feature eliminates speed limitations, enhancing the system’s versatility.

Macarbox has developed an innovative solution that integrates a double oscillating stitcher head into its lines FFG 1300, 1676 y 2185. The integration of the stitcher inline offers many advantages: high productivity in production of stitched boxes, no necessity to stitch offline (no extra process required), the opportunity to specialize in a very specific niche of XXL boxes and the possibility to stitch inline. The first head has a fixed position, while the second one can be moved longitudinally and transversely for parallel stitching.
